AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We assemble our products to order in our Melbourne-based studio from a range of local suppliers. Therefore we can customize much of our range to suit your project requirements.
All items are shipped from Melbourne. Shipping within Australia takes between 2-5 business days depending on the state.
Our items are not insured by default, however if you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us prior to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship directly to most regions including the USA, Europe, and Asia.
We assemble our products to order in our Melbourne-based studio from a range of local suppliers.
Therefore we can customize much of our range to suit your project requirements.
International freight is available upon request. We will provide you with a freight quote before the commencement of an order.
International freight usually takes between 3-5 business days depending on the destination country.
Ben-Tovim Design is not liable to pay any additional fees, taxes or costs associated with the purchase and importation of goods within the country or region in which an order is made.

Once we have finalised the specific requirements of the order and a quote has been provided, we will send an invoice with payment details. We ask for a 50% deposit to start the order, and a 50% balance paid prior to shipping. We will send you a photo of the order before sending it off. We accept payment via EFT or by credit / debit card. Card payment incur a 2.2% processing fee (which goes straight to the card payment vendor)

Generally, our lead times are around 8-10 weeks for made-to-order products. This may vary depending on how busy things are. We will always give you an approximate lead time at the start of an order. If you have a tight lead time, let us know as we can often expedite orders if necessary.
Sometimes orders can be delayed. This usually occurs when we receive parts from our suppliers and we are not 100% happy with the finish. If this occurs, we will send you a photo of the issue, and let you know how long the delay will be. We always try to meet delivery deadlines, but sometimes unforeseen issues occur in production.

Products can either be picked up from our Broadmeadows factory, or we can send them via couriers. If delivery is required, let us know and we can include it in the quote.

At B-TD it is a core value to maintain a high standard of quality for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with the finished product we will endeavour to resolve the problem to the best of our abilities.

We offer trade pricing throughout our range of products. Simply let us know the trade business name and we can incorporate it into the quote.
