Crash Albus Floor Lamp

Crash Albus Floor Lamp illuminated in an interior setting

The Crash series is a range of sculptural lighting forms produced from salvaged car panels from automotive wreckers.

The Crash Albus Floor Lamp presents the Crash form as a freestanding sculptural object, rising from a minimal stand. Each piece takes on a unique shape as the material is crushed and crinkled by hand, creating subtle variations in form.
The light source is positioned below, casting illumination upward across the textured surface. The result is a shifting interplay of light and shadow that accentuates the irregular geometry of the piece.

The Crash Albus floor lamps are made to orde in the B-TD Melbourne studio.
