Crash Albus Wall Lamp

Crash Albus Wall Light with backlit LED illuminating its hand-shaped from

The Crash series is a range of sculptural lighting forms produced from salvaged car panels from automotive wreckers.

The ‘Albus’ (Latin for white) wall lamps are finished in an ultra-matte white, giving them an almost porcelain-like appearance.
Each piece is distorted by hand, and a silhouette is cut from the rippled sheet.
The forming process is dictated by how the sheet naturally distorts, resulting in a unique identity for each lamp.

The Crash Albus Wall Light is the most versatile expression of the Crash series, available in a range of sizes and finishes.
Each piece is individually crushed by hand, producing a unique form with subtle variations in silhouette.
Backlit LEDs cast light onto the wall, creating a soft halo that highlights the distinctive outline of each shape.
Used individually as a small accent or arranged in larger groupings,
the lights can form dynamic wall compositions where each unique piece interacts with the next.
