Ordering
Most B-TD pieces are made to order in our Melbourne studio, allowing finishes, sizes and technical details to be tailored to each project.
Our ordering process is straightforward and collaborative.
1. Request a Quote
Browse the collection and select a product.
Click OPEN FORM on the product page and submit a custom quote request.
We’ll send a detailed quote within 24–48 hours.
3. Place the Order
Once the order form is approved and payment is received, production begins.
We will provide a delivery estimate, typically 8–10 weeks depending on the product and finish.
If your project has a specific deadline, we are happy to coordinate timing where possible.
5. Installation Support
If needed, we can provide technical information and installation guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly on site.

2. Confirm Specifications
Once you’re ready to proceed, we finalise the product details with you.
This may include cable drop, dimming requirements, colour temperature, finishes, or other project-specific details.
We then issue a Product Order Form confirming all agreed specifications.
4. Production & Shipping
Each piece is manufactured and hand-assembled in our Broadmeadows studio in Melbourne.
Once complete, your order is carefully packed and dispatched.
We coordinate delivery with you, your installer, or project trades as required.
International Orders
B-TD products are supplied to projects worldwide.
Our products and packaging are designed for efficient international air freight, with typical delivery times of 4–5 days once dispatched.
